Chris Edwards FRICS, one of the UK's leading experts on commercial property management, chair of the RICS Commercial Property Professional Group and of the Pan-Industry Service Charge Code Steering Group, presented an introduction to the RICS Service Charge Code 2011: 2nd Edition for commercial property
