RICS New Rules of Measurement

The objective of the RICS New Rules of Measurement (NRM) is to provide a more consistent approach to the measurement of buildings from the very beginning of a project.  The NRM are being published in stages - with this talk looking at Volume 1, Order of Cost Estimating and Elemental Cost Planning, published in March 2009.

The speaker is Stuart Earl, partner at Gleeds and chair of the RICS Measurement Initiative Steering Group.

This talk will be of use to quantity surveyors, architects, contractors and clients.

Tea/coffee will be served from 6.00pm, giving an opportunity for networking prior to the presentation.
