Planning Law Update

This evening talk, Planning Law Update presented by Tony Bowhill, was originally planned for 13 January.

The update will cover the following topics:

  • the Infrastructure Planning Commission
  • the Community Infrastructure Levy
  • changing regional strategies
  • LDFs (Local Development Frameworks) - are these slowing developments?
  • enforcement time limits
  • the Conservative Party's proposals
  • examples of recent planning case law.

Tony Bowhill MA, LLM, LLB, BSc, FRICS, FRTPI has over 40 years planning and development experience primarily in the private sector.  He has been responsible for initial land use and economic studies, the preparation and implementation of a wide range of shopping, office, commercial, industrial and residential proposals.

Tea/coffee will be served from 6.00pm, giving an opportunity for networking prior to the presentation.
