3CPD organises a range of evening CPD seminars throughout the year from September to June, aiming to cover topical subjects across the property disciplines.  Anyone may attend these seminars for a fee of £20.00 per event.

By taking out an annual subscription to 3CPD, you may attend any or all the evening seminars for free. In addition, members are offered discounts off the booking fee to other events such as the Five Counties Conference and the Oxford Briefing.

Fees

The current membership subscription for an individual for 2010 is £69.00 (including VAT).  There are discounts for two or more individuals from the same organisation.  Please contact Guy Pullen for further details.

The current membership subscription for an APC candidate for 2010 is £30.00 (including VAT).

The current fee for evening seminars for non-members is £20.00 (including VAT).

Terms

Membership is available to anyone upon payment of the annual membership subscription.

Attendance at evening seminars is free to subscribing members, unless otherwise indicated on the programme.

Subscription membership of 3CPD is offered free to retired members of the RICS and to full-time students, and allows free access to evening seminars only.

We offer discounts on daytime conference rates to members.

Payment terms:  Payment for daytime/weekend conferences must be made with the booking, or via a request for an invoice with payment due within 7 days of receipt of invoice.  A refund will be given up to one month prior to the event less an administration charge of £20.00 + VAT.  No refund will be given if cancellation is less than a month prior to the event.    Substitute delegates will be accepted if details are received via email or letter up to one week prior to the event.

We reserve the right to cancel any event in which case all monies will be refunded.

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme or to substitute speakers or to amend or cancel timings for reasons beyond our control.
