- Wednesday, 1 October 2008 - Legal Update - presented by David Mills of ClarksLegal at Newbury Rugby Club (just 5 minutes from the A34/A343).
- Thursday, 6 November 2008 - Solar Water Heating - hosted by Eco Solar Equipment at their offices in Eynsham, Oxfordshire.
- Wednesday, 12 November 2008 - Revaluation 2010 - presented by Peter Rubin, VOA project manager, at the Barcelo Oxford Hotel (just off the A40 / Wolvercote roundabout).
- Wednesday, 26 November 2008 - Building Regulations Update - Ian Johnson of Reading Borough Council returns with his annual update, at Shinfield Grange, Reading.

APC Workshops
Our next workshop for APC candidates on How to Write a Critical Analysis will be on Tuesday, 9 December 2008. This is an in-depth half-day course for those about to start to prepare their critical analysis and for those needing help to complete their work. It's presented by Vivienne Spurge FRICS, a highly-rated lecturer and an APC panel chairman herself.
This event will be taking place at the Abingdon Guildhall.
Further APC workshops are planned for 2009, covering both the critical analysis and the final assessment.
