Peter Ruben from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) will give a talk on the business rates revaluation that takes effect in April 2010.
Peter Ruben is a member of the Valuation Office Agency, Reading Group management team, with responsibility for delivery of the 2010 Rating Revaluation across the Group's five offices in Aylesbury, Oxford, Reading, Guildford and Reigate. Peter is a chartered surveyor and was previously in private practice. Peter will be joined by Tim O'Hara from the Oxford office.

- Changes to survey data
- Summary valuations
- Importance of business rates (stats)
