Contaminated Land

The Contaminated Land Regime will have been in force in England for 10 years by  April 2010.  In this talk, Derek Ching, partner at Boyes Turner solicitors, will present an update on the working of the regime, including:

• common contractual issues on disposal of land that may be contaminated
• new legislation in 2009 and that planned for the future
• recent cases
• compliance issues for property owners and occupiers
• pushing forward the green agenda - green leases.

Tea/coffee will be served from 6.00pm, giving an opportunity for networking prior to the presentation.
