Construction law update

In our first evening event of 2012, John Starr of Boyes Turner solicitors in Reading will give a construction law update, with topics including:

  • The Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 - "the new Construction Act".
  • The 2011 changes to the JCT suite of building contracts.
  • Significant legal cases in the last 12 months.

 

Tea/coffee will be served from 6.00pm, giving an opportunity for networking prior to the talk.

Cost:  FREE to 3CPD members and students; £20.00 (inc. VAT) for non-members.
