RICS matrics BOB
BOB matrics is back!
RICS matrics provides a flexible and responsive local, national and international network for younger surveyors, whether students, trainee surveyors or qualified chartered surveyors. RICS matrics BOB is the local group, covering Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. If you're new to the RICS, you're welcome as a member of the RICS matrics. In our local area, we organise social events, ranging from brewery tours, pub quizzes and meals to go-karting and golf competitions.
For early 2009, we have planned the following events:

- February 2009 - Wine Tasting in Reading. Contact Marina Szabady via bobmatrics@hotmail.co.uk .

For your APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) needs, we organise regular APC seminars and clinics. We also have two APC doctors, one general practice and one rural practice, and we are supported by Clare Montague, the RICS Regional Training Advisor, (e) , (t) 01256 880798.
Through RICS matrics you will be able to develop and maintain contacts and friends to refer to throughout your career. We can offer help, advice and a willing 'ear' to listen to you as you start on the career ladder and should we be unable to help, we can always point you in the right direction.
