This is a new RICS standard that will apply to all residential surveyors and is due to become the mandatory best practice benchmark from 1st December 2020.
Tom Littler BSc FRICS, a member of the RICS Home Surveys Standards Working Group and the RICS Survey & Valuation Working Group, will be discussing the New RICS Home Survey Standards over the course of the afternoon.
It will be divided into two sessions:
Session 1: The new RICS Home Survey Standard and it’s on-line resource.
Session 2: Examples of the practical application of the RICS Home Survey Standard.
As always, there will be the opportunity to pose questions during the afternoon and for general interaction.
Date/time: Thursday 24th September 2020, 1 pm – 5.30 pm (tea/coffee and biscuits to be served in the break).
Location: Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel, London Road, Aston Rowant, Watlington, OX49 5SQ. There is free car parking at the venue.
Cost: £50 for non-members, £25 for APC candidates and anyone who still holds a 3CPD membership. This will include tea/coffee and biscuits
